Integration is a new feature designed to improve and speed up the workflow of Canopy Tax users. The two different integrations that we created are QuickBooks Online and an API designed to pull transcripts from the IRS. In this case study, we explore possible solutions to improve workflow using a modified version of the “Double Diamond Strategy."
